Challenge 1

So here now my first dish to challenge

Daddy (13.12.2010)

- Fish
- Honey
- Haribo (Jelly´s)
- Rice
- Cabbage


My Dish:

Caramelised (Honey + orange Haribos+Herbs/spices) Fish chunks on spicy rice-& cabbage mix

Result:

The sweetness of the caramel matches well with the fish and even better with the spice mix under it.

Caramel crust could be a bit thicker
